Carlos Salazar is an unseen character in the FX series Justified third season episode "Cut Ties". He is an organized crime boss who Mary Archer is set to testify against while she is hiding in the Marshal Witness Protection Program. When Walter Vondas sells Archer's location to him Salazar sends two assassins to kill her but they fail.
