Heath is a guest character in the FX series Justified sixth season episode "Trust". Heath is a waiter at a local diner who is harassed by Boon, who revisits the diner to have fun, threatening him into giving up his hat and even pouring coffee on the floor while calling him a bad waitress for not refilling the cup. He is portrayed by guest star Andrew J. West.
