Mark is a recurring character in the fourth season of the FX series Justified. Mark was an old friend of Tim Gutterson and a fellow war veteran who calls Tim for his assistance in dealing with Dave, his former drug dealer. He is portrayed by guest star Ian Reed Kesler.

Season 4[]
In "Foot Chase", Mark calls Tim to the veteran's center, asking him for his assistance in dealing with a Drug Dealer. Mark tells Tim that he is clean, but still owes a debt to one of his drug dealers, Dave, during his junkie days. At the Drug Dealer's house, Tim learns that Mark was lying and had really ripped the dealer off of $800 and bottles of Oxy. Tim resolves the issue by forcing Mark to comply with the dealer and give him everything that is on him at the moment.
In "Outlaw", he is caught by Colton Rhodes in Dave's kitchen, shortly after executing him. Colt asks for his silence, and Mark complies, only to be shot in the head by Colt.
